Remember the BelAir? It was right in the middle of town on Locust Street east of the Fair Grounds (Lincoln & Locust). The neighbors didn't complain. As long as there are buffers and sufficient traffic direction (especially after the movie is over), this will be a great thing for the Quad Cities.
