I am so excited!! i worked at the Memri Drive in in Milan from 1969-1972 and it was the funnest job I ever had.I have been hoping for this for 20 years. As an avid movie goer attending the theatre at least 3 times a week I will be there every week even if I have already seen the movies playing. we must support this!!! Thank-you for building this field of dreams!!!!

Welcome to the home page for the Reel to Reel Drive in theater! We will be posting all public information in regards to the Reel to Reel Drive in theater. Please come back often for updates that will be coming as frequently as possible. We all hope that you are as excited as we are for this great new movie entertainment venue right here in Davenport, Iowa. The quad cities hasn't seen a drive in movie theater since 1986. The Bel Air Drive-In opened on July 14th, 1948 with the comedy film "It Happened On Fifth Avenue" as its opening feature. It showed 1st and 2nd-run movies until it closed in 1986. Read more here We will be bringing all the outdoor family fun of the 50's back to the Quad Cities with a 20th century twist. By using a combination of 35mm and Digital projectors you, your family, and your friends will have a great time at the drive in theater. Welcome to the Drive in!!
